$2 million to $10 million in EBITDA or
$8 million to $100 million in enterprise value.
Focus
We seek businesses with strong foundations and meaningful opportunities for growth. By leveraging modern systems, thoughtful innovation, and operational improvements, we aim to help businesses reach their full potential while preserving what already makes them successful.
Industry
We are industry-agnostic and have experience in manufacturing, distribution, business services, and training. However, we do not invest in cannabis, pre-revenue startups, resource-based companies, or industries requiring highly specialized knowledge.
Geography
While we evaluate opportunities across the United States, our primary focus is the Northeast, where our network, relationships, and local market knowledge are strongest. We believe proximity enables more effective diligence, stronger partnerships with management teams, and hands-on support after closing. We selectively pursue opportunities outside the region when a business demonstrates exceptional fundamentals and aligns with our investment criteria.
